Metro FM DJ, DJ Sbu, recently made headlines for allegedly fabricating himself on the cover of Forbes Africa magazine. Forbes Africa called out the entrepreneur and made it clear that they had nothing to do with the cover.
However Forbes has come out and stated they will not be taking the controversial personality to court as an amicable agreement has been reached between both parties. In a statement, the publication said: "The pending issue of trademark infringement and misrepresentation between Forbes Africa and Mr Leope has attained closure and has been resolved amicably."
The DJ will have to remove the picture of the fake cover from all of his social media pages, according to the agreement.
