In a period when most people are calling for generational change in the leadership of Nigeria across all level, Nigeria's former President, Olusegun Obasanjo, has hit hard those campaigning for the shift by giving examples of young men who, in his reckoning, failed when leadership was thrusts on them.
He particularly mentioned his deputy in office, Atiku Abubakar, former Lagos Governor, Bola Tinubu and some others as men who occupied office at a young age but failed.The former president was responding to a question from his audience at a lecture he delivered in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital in southwest Nigeria.
He also gave some insights as to how Nigeria Shipping Line was killed.
